Fruit Merge is a puzzle game provided by CoffeeCup Dev. This policy applies to the Android app com.fabiodev404.fruitmerge. The full game works offline. Optional online features are described below.
Your choices and age
The game is intended for ages 13 and up and is not directed at children under 13. Online scores and analytics are offered only to players who indicate they are 18 or older. Both are off by default and can be enabled separately in High Scores > Online options. We keep the age-group choice on your device; we do not request or send a birth date or identity document. Choosing not to share does not restrict the offline game or local scores.
Local progress and records
Your game board, coin balance, ten best runs, highest level, collection, background, music, audio settings and sharing choices are stored on your device. In-game coins have no monetary value. Clear app storage or uninstall to erase local game data. Android may back up or transfer this data according to your device settings. CoffeeCup Dev does not receive those backups. The online account credential is encrypted using Android Keystore and stored outside Android backup storage.
Optional online leaderboard
If you turn on online scores, Google Firebase Authentication creates a pseudonymous account without an email address or password that you must enter. Firebase Realtime Database stores its random account identifier, generated nickname, best settled coin balance, completed level at that balance and record-update time. Participating players can view leaderboard nicknames and scores. Account identifiers are used as database record keys and may be accessible through leaderboard requests, though they are not displayed in the game. These are pseudonymous records, not fully anonymous data.
We use this information to publish rankings and let you update or delete your own record. Firebase receives technical network information, including IP addresses, to operate and protect its services. The leaderboard database is hosted in the United States. Google may process service data in other countries as described in its privacy and data-processing terms. Your score is a shared record, not a backup of your game. Reinstalling may create a new account and remove your ability to delete the old entry through the game; contact us with its generated nickname for help.
Turning sharing off stops future score uploads from the game; it does not erase an already posted record. Delete online profile removes the leaderboard entry and its Firebase Authentication account while retaining your local game and scores. An internet connection is required to complete deletion. If deletion fails, the game keeps the credential so you can retry. Records otherwise remain until deleted by you or removed for maintenance or abuse prevention; we do not promise automatic inactivity deletion.
Delete your online profile
In Fruit Merge, open High Scores > Online options > Delete online profile while connected to the internet. This deletes your Firebase Authentication account and its leaderboard nickname, score, level and update time. Your local game progress and local scores remain on your phone. Analytics is separate; deleting the leaderboard profile does not erase previously received analytics reports.
You can also request deletion without the app: email fabiodev404@gmail.com with the subject Fruit Merge profile deletion and your generated leaderboard nickname. We will identify the record and may ask for additional non-sensitive information to verify ownership before deleting the account and leaderboard data. Do not send passwords or identity documents. We do not intentionally retain a copy of the deleted leaderboard record; service-provider backups or security logs may remain under Google’s retention practices. Support correspondence is retained to resolve your request and may be deleted on request, subject to applicable obligations.
Optional analytics
If you separately turn on analytics, Google Analytics for Firebase receives level starts and results (including failures), selected collection and coin values, plus SDK-generated app/session activity, app version, operating system and device characteristics, pseudonymous app-instance identifiers and approximate geographic information derived by Google from network information. We use this to understand which levels are difficult, how collections are used and whether app changes improve play. We do not connect the leaderboard account ID or nickname to Analytics, set a real-name user ID, request precise location, or enable advertising personalization, advertising-ID collection, ad storage or ad-user-data consent. Google Signals and granular location/device collection are disabled in the property. There are no ads, chat or in-app purchases.
Analytics is initialized only after the adult-player choice and analytics opt-in. You can turn it off in Online options. This stops collection by the app and resets its local Analytics identifier; it does not retroactively erase reports already received. User and event data retention is set to two months, without extending that period on new activity. Aggregated reports can remain longer. Contact us if you have a privacy request. Resetting or uninstalling can prevent us from associating prior analytics with your device. The app does not include Crashlytics or a separate crash-report upload service.
Service providers, rights and support
Google provides Firebase and Analytics as described in Firebase privacy information and Google’s Privacy Policy. Optional sharing is based on your choice; you may withdraw it using the controls above. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive your data, restrict or object to processing, and complain to your data-protection authority. Contact us to exercise applicable rights. We may request information reasonably needed to identify the relevant record, but please do not send identity documents or sensitive information unsolicited.
If you email support, we receive your address and the contents of your message and use them to respond and resolve the issue. You may request deletion of support correspondence, subject to applicable retention obligations. Parents or guardians should contact support on behalf of children. If you believe a child has shared data through this app, contact us so we can investigate and remove identifiable records as appropriate.
Policy changes and contact
We will update this policy when practices change. Older offline-only releases do not contain the optional online features described here.
